About Trustport

Built by people who’ve moved cargo themselves

We started Trustport Global Logistics because too many shippers were stuck choosing between low rates and real accountability. We set out to offer both.

Our story

A freight forwarder built around accountability

Trustport Global Logistics was formed to close a gap we kept seeing across the industry: shippers handed off to call centres, documentation arriving late, and no single person owning a shipment from quote to delivery.

We built our process around the opposite approach. Every client gets one account manager across every leg of the journey — sea, air, or road — so nothing falls through the cracks between modes or between teams.

Today we coordinate freight across major US and European trade lanes, with warehousing and customs support built directly into the process rather than handled by disconnected third parties.

Our mission

To move cargo reliably, communicate transparently, and give every client a single accountable point of contact — regardless of shipment size or trade lane.

What we stand for

The principles behind how we operate

These aren’t slogans — they’re the standards our account managers are held to on every shipment.

01

Transparency

Documentation and shipment updates are shared as they happen, not summarized after the fact.

02

Accountability

One account manager owns your shipment end to end — no handoffs between departments.

03

Reliability

We commit to timelines we can actually hit, and communicate early when conditions change.

04

Flexibility

We route by what’s right for your cargo and budget, not by what’s most convenient for us.

05

Compliance

Customs documentation is handled correctly the first time, reducing delays at port and border.

06

Partnership

We aim for long-term shipping relationships, not one-off transactions.

Our approach

A small, accountable team — not a call centre

Our account managers work directly with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse partners across every active trade lane. When you call, you reach someone who already knows your shipment — not a queue, and not a script.
