Every parcel, package, or freight consignment must be insured before it’s accepted for transportation. This policy safeguards the declared value of your shipment against unforeseen events during transit, including accidental loss, damage, or other covered incidents.

Fully refunded once your shipment arrives safely
The insurance amount is calculated based on the declared value, nature, and destination of your shipment, and is included in your shipping quotation or invoice. This payment is mandatory for all shipments — bookings cannot be processed or dispatched until it’s received.
Once your shipment is delivered with no insurance claim, the full insurance amount is refunded to you. If a valid claim arises due to loss or damage in transit, the amount is applied according to the terms of that claim.
